a few days away....

if you can remember, wednesday was the last day we were able to step inside the house. what a HUGE difference a few days away can make. wow!!! check out the changes made......

driveway poured...



Metal Roof...



Stained front porch ceiling...

Staircase...

Stained hardwood floors...Oh and they are already very dusty!! They will be darker once they are buffed and shined up again!

going on today...

- our builder came and picked up our appliances last night. they are being installed today and the electrician will connect them tomorrow.

- the plumber is out there working today and should be finished up this afternoon.

- the rest of the driveway and sidewalks were poured in the front of the house.

- the granite guy is cutting the hole for the gas cooktop.

- the shower door will be installed in the master bath. 

- the closet and garage shelving is being installed. 

- painters are finishing up the exterior paint

tomorrow, the electrician will come out and install the rest of the recessed lights (we decided to add more in the breakfast area). he will also install our bathroom light fixtures, dining room chandelier and outdoor lights. he'll install the ceiling speakers we are adding to the screened in porch and breakfast area.

look for a big post tomorrow!!!!

oh and we are 95% sure we are closing on the 21st!! that means, saturday the 22nd will be moving in day!!!
