more lights and the fireplace

we've had under cabinet lighting installed in our kitchen. yesterday, when we were there, we turned on all the recessed lights, the under cabinet lights and the pendants over the island. i love how bright it is!!

next, our foyer light was installed. we fell in love with this little light as soon as we saw it! i love how it casts a shadow on the ceiling.



our tile guy started working on the tile around the fireplace. it is the same travertine tile that is going on our backsplash in our kitchen.

i can't wait to see what changes have been made at the house tonight!!
